I can't believe it....it feels like this morning we were all up (w/ the exception of kitty) at 4:00am singing here comes the sun in the rain.....i guess they say time flies when ur having fun! :]
My summer has been awesome! It was nice not to have to be in 5 bazillion places at once. Just to wake up and play my life by ear for a couple months.
But all the hecticness starts tomorrow. (is hecticness even a word? eh....who cares) idk, I have kinda missed it, the hecticness, in a strange dorky way. it has felt weerd not having tons of homework, lots of music to learn, games, meets, concerts, and practices to be to. i got kinda bored some days! not to mention getting up early! tomorrow is gonna be hard getting up. at least for me, cuz ive slept in almost every morning this summer. :]] ill get used to it tho....i always do.

yesterday, i went to the music store to buy a guitar. i hav been saving up all summer long for a guitar. when we went to rent it, they said to buy the guitar it would be about $250. so, i saved enough money for it, and went to buy it.
we get there. turns out we had this rebate thingy and a discount. plus the retail price for the guitar was only $130.
total cost....$40.
...
I was like....r u kidding. i hav saved up all. summer. long. and its only 40 bucks!
anyways, the guy laughed at me and said i could get a better guitar for about three or four times that. so, i figured why not. id rather buy it right the first time anyway.
but still...i was kinda frustrated. but i ended up getting a better guitar, so i win in this situation. :]
i need to get a few things ready for the big day! -sigh-
